Part-Time CDL-A Dump Truck Driver — $30–$34/hr

Our company, a family-owned general contractor based in Banks, Oregon, is looking for a part-time CDL-A driver to handle both equipment mobilization and dump truck hauling for construction projects.

Pay

• $30.00 to $34.00 per hour

• Part-time schedule, no more than 30 hours per week

What you'll haul

• Heavy equipment, machinery, tools and construction materials to and from job sites

• Aggregate, soil, demolition debris and other bulk construction materials using a dump truck

What you'll do

• Move and position equipment during site mobilization, including setting up temporary fencing, scaffolding and utility connections

• Inspect vehicles before and after trips, handle basic maintenance like fueling and greasing

• Load and unload materials safely, paying attention to weight distribution and securement

• Keep accurate delivery tickets, inspection logs and other DOT paperwork

• Work closely with project managers and crews to keep jobsites running on schedule

• Help break down sites and return equipment to storage once projects wrap up

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical certificate

• Clean driving record

• At least 5 years of experience hauling heavy equipment and operating a dump truck

• High school diploma or GED

• Able to push, pull or lift over 50 lbs

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
