About this job
Our company in Medford, OR is looking for a CDL-A driver to handle both yard moves and straight truck runs. You'll operate a tractor-trailer or a truck rated at 26,000 lbs GVW or more, moving freight on-site and tracking it through the EWM system.
What you'll do
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination or a straight truck of at least 26,000 lbs GVW
- Handle yard checks and inventory tracking in the EWM system
- Load and unload trailers as needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Comfortable driving both yard trucks and straight trucks
- Able to lift, push or pull more than 50 lbs frequently, and lift 20-50 lbs continuously
- Able to stand and walk a full shift, with regular bending, twisting and hand/wrist/arm use
- Clear, respectful communication on the job
