About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run over-the-road freight across the country, handling a mix of trailer types. Pay runs $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week.
Pay
- $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dump/roll-off trucks
- You'll load and secure cargo yourself, by hand or with a forklift
What you'll do
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (brakes, tires, lights, load securement)
- Follow assigned routes while staying compliant with traffic and safety rules
- Keep accurate delivery logs, shipment paperwork, and inspection records
- Stay in touch with dispatch and customers to keep deliveries on schedule
- Keep your truck clean and in good running order
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Comfortable with manual transmission is a plus
- Able to handle physical load securement tasks
