OTR CDL-A Solo Driver — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring solo OTR drivers with a Class A CDL in Arkansas. You run all-miles-paid freight, 100% no-touch, in a late-model fleet, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and company-paid health coverage. Team drivers are also wanted.

Pay

• Solo drivers start at $0.60 per mile, and every mile is paid.

• Most solo drivers run 2,700 to 3,000 miles a week.

• Average weekly pay is listed as $1,800 - $2,200 in the headline and as $1,500 - $2,000 in the pay details, so confirm the figure with the recruiter.

• Bonuses: $5,000 sign-on, $2,500 for referring a driver, $500 for attending orientation, and a quarterly safety bonus.

• Extra pay for stops, breakdowns and weather delays, plus detention pay with no cap on paid hours.

• Direct deposit every week. Per diem is available.

Home time

• Out 2 weeks, then home 2 days.

• Flexible home time options are offered.

Equipment and freight

• Trucks are 2024 or newer Volvo, Freightliner and International models.

• Each truck has an inverter or APU and a refrigerator.

• E-Logs and Omnitracs communications, plus BestPass and PrePass.

• 100% no-touch freight on a dedicated fleet.

• Pets are welcome on the truck.

Requirements

• At least 24 years old.
