OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Lease to Own, No Money Down

Our company is a reefer-only carrier hiring OTR CDL-A drivers. You can run as a company driver or lease a late-model truck with nothing down and no credit check.

Pay

• Company drivers pick one of two options: $2000 a week guaranteed flat pay, or $0.75 per mile with every mile paid, loaded and empty.

• Lease purchase drivers keep 75% of gross and cover only the truck payment, fuel and tolls. The posting cites an average of $2000-$6000 a week after expenses.

• Pay lands by direct deposit every Friday (1099).

• Referral bonuses, safety bonuses, and bonuses for each clean DOT inspection.

Lease purchase terms

• Weekly truck payment of $500 to $1000, depending on the truck's year and mileage.

• No money down, no credit check, no balloon payment, no extra mileage penalties or added interest.

• No forced dispatch.

• Trucks are well-maintained 2020-2026 Freightliner Cascadia or Mack Anthem units.

• Refrigerated freight, 100% no-touch, over the road.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and 2 years of commercial driving experience.

• Experience with tractor-trailers and reefers.

• Solid grasp of safety practices and good communication skills.
