OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — $0.85/Mile All Miles

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run OTR refrigerated freight, paid per mile with no-touch loads. This is a 1099 contractor position with strong weekly mile averages and extra pay for delays.

Pay

• $0.85 per mile on all miles, calculated by odometer reading

• Paid out every Friday

• Typical weekly earnings range from $1,700 to $2,700, based on running 2,000-3,000 miles a week

• Detention pay of $30 per hour regardless of the reason for the wait

• Layover pay of $200 per day

• Structured as 1099 contractor pay, so no medical benefits are included

• Requires a $1,000 deposit

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight, not touched by the driver, moved over long-haul interstate routes

• Equipment includes a 2027 Freightliner Cascadia for drivers with a track record, or a 2020 International ProStar during a 3-week trial period

• Trucks run a 2026 reefer unit and are governed at 72 mph

• Trucks come equipped with a mattress, fridge, inverter, and microwave

• Drivers are asked to avoid New York City and the I-76 toll road

• No driver-facing cameras are installed

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 2 years of driving experience
