About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced Local CDL-A driver to run day cab tractor-trailer routes out of Williston, VT, handling pickups and deliveries for LTL customers.
Pay
- $36.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit
- Overtime kicks in after 40 hours
Home time
- Home every day, Monday through Friday
What you'll haul
- LTL freight using a day cab tractor pulling a 48' or 53' trailer
- Includes lift gate deliveries, with loading and unloading at stops
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements, either held already or obtained within 90 days of starting
- At least 1 year of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
- A non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, current or obtainable
- Minimum age 21
- No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years, subject to review
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to pass TSA security clearance
