Our company has a dedicated CDL-A opening with set routes, steady freight and weekly home time. You'll run the same lanes and work with familiar customers while earning strong, predictable pay.
Pay
- Starting rate of $0.67 CPM
- Average weekly earnings around $1,846, with top drivers reaching $2,246
- $1,000 orientation pay after your first dispatch
- $2,000 bonus for new hires

Home time
You'll be home every week on this dedicated account.
What you'll haul
Freight is no-touch, and you'll run consistent dedicated routes rather than scattered OTR lanes.
Equipment
Trucks are Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, kept to an average age of 16 months (none older than 3 years). They come with refrigerators, leather seating, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters and other comfort features.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least one year of driving experience
