Our company is a Canada-US carrier based in Milton, ON, looking for AZ-licensed teams, owner-operators and company drivers, to run scheduled freight lanes. The posting lists pay of $26,000 to $30,000 a month.

Runs

• Scheduled lanes from the GTA to Western Canada, including twice-weekly round trips between the GTA and Winnipeg

• A longer loop of GTA to Winnipeg to Chicago and back to the GTA

• A planning team that aims to spread mileage evenly

What you bring

• A Class 1 licence and at least 1 year of Canadian driving experience

• A 5-year commercial abstract showing no more than 2 demerits

• A valid FAST card

• A co-driver with experience to team with you

• Your own dependable, well-maintained tractor if you are an owner-operator

• Comfort with reefer and dry van trailers, and clear English communication

• Mountain driving experience is a plus

On the job

• Drive the Class 1 combination safely

• Keep electronic logs accurate and complete inspections and safety checks

• Stay in touch with customers, dispatch, management and safety
