AZ Line Haul Fuel Delivery Driver — $33–$35/hr

Our company, a Canadian family-owned petroleum distributor, is hiring a Professional Delivery Driver for its Line Haul Division in Toronto. You will deliver bulk fuel and related products safely to customers and keep service standards high.

Pay

• $33.00 to $35.00 per hour

• Overtime is paid once you pass 44 hours

• Driver safety bonuses are available

• Your first 4 to 6 weeks are a paid training program

What you'll do

• Deliver bulk product to customer fleets, heavy equipment, generators or bulk tanks in an assigned area

• Keep track of the product inventory on your truck

• Inspect your vehicle each day and fill out the paperwork accurately

• Use a handheld computer to monitor fuel going into and out of the truck

• Work outside in any weather and deal with customers professionally

• Report to the Regional Manager

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Class AZ licence, plus a clean commercial driving record

• At least two years of driving experience, including manual transmission

• Proven safe driving and delivery history, with dangerous goods handling knowledge

• Comfortable with onboard computer technology and good with numbers and problem-solving

• Able to work shifts that start in the afternoon

• Able to handle physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and pulling outdoors

• Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests
