Yard Mule Driver — $20/hr

This role has you running a yard tractor at a Houston warehouse, shuttling trailers between dock doors and staging areas to keep the yard moving efficiently.

Pay

• Starts at $20.00 per hour

What you'll do

• Spot and reposition trailers for inbound and outbound loads

• Check your tractor and trailers before each shift for safety

• Log trailer movements using a handheld scanner or yard management system

• Stay in contact with dispatch, warehouse staff, and security about trailer locations

• Keep the yard organized and clean, following OSHA and DOT rules

Schedule

• Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• May need to work weekends or overtime depending on volume

Requirements

• Valid CDL license

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior yard mule or terminal tractor experience preferred (about a year)

• Able to maneuver tightly into dock doors in a busy yard

• Comfortable standing and working outside in different weather
