Our company offers a Company Load Board program that lets experienced CDL-A drivers pick their own freight instead of being assigned loads by a dispatcher. You choose lanes, plan your hours, and build a schedule around your home time needs.
Pay
- Earn $0.53 to $0.63 CPM based on experience
- Extra $0.05 CPM mileage bonus paid quarterly
- Extra CPM for qualifying hazmat loads
- $16 per hour detention pay after the first 2 hours
- $25 short haul pay plus mileage for runs under 100 miles
- $30 for each extra billable stop
- $75 per day if your truck breaks down
- $100 bonus for working an observed holiday
- Optional per diem pay
Home time
Drivers who hit mileage targets and live in an eligible market can get home weekly.
What you'll haul
100% no-touch freight, with about two-thirds of loads preloaded or using drop-and-hook delivery. Average workload runs around 3,000 miles weekly.
How it works
There's no forced dispatch — you request the freight you want from the available load board rather than waiting on an assigned load planner. No slip seating, and rider and pet programs are available with approval.
