Entry-Level CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $1,300–$1,500/wk

Our company is looking for recent CDL Class A graduates to join an entry-level OTR driving program based out of Pasadena, TX. You'll run steady freight on a predictable schedule with mentor support while you get comfortable behind the wheel.

Pay

• $1,300–$1,500 weekly

• Running about 2,500-3000 miles per week

Home time

• Weekly or biweekly, depending on your run

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• Roughly half drop & hook, half live unload

• Multiple runs within set lanes

• Late-model 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission, pulling dry van and reefer trailers

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A

• Clean driving record and background, no major violations

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No prior driving experience needed; structured training with mentor support provided

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A truck safely under DOT rules

• Keep freight moving on schedule with accurate logs

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
