Warehouse/Shuttle Driver — Benefits Included

Our company in Springdale, AR is hiring a Warehouse/Shuttle Driver to deliver salvage parts and PBE products to customers while also handling warehouse tasks like pulling, staging, and loading parts.

What you'll do

• Pull parts and PBE products from bins based on labels given by your supervisor, then stage them for loading

• Use a forklift or order selector to move parts around the warehouse

• Load company vehicles per the delivery schedule and double-check what's loaded

• Stock and arrange parts and supplies on shelves, racks and bins in the correct order

• Help customers at the counter by pulling and loading their orders

• Confirm product stock levels for the inside sales team

• Drive a company box truck or vehicle to deliver parts to customers, checking the vehicle and paperwork before heading out

• Unload at the delivery site, confirm parts delivered, collect any returns, and take customer payments when needed

• Take on other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Must qualify for the company's insurance programs, including vehicle coverage

• Must meet DOT physical and testing standards and understand DOT rules

• Minimum age 21

• Must follow all applicable state, local, DOT and FMCSA regulations

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Forklift certification and RF scanner familiarity are a plus

• Comfortable with basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing using whole numbers, fractions and decimals) and basic computer use

Physical demands

• Mostly spent driving, including sitting for up to 12 hours at a stretch

• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling or crouching as needed

• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds

• Regular exposure to fumes or exhaust; PPE may be required at times

• Possible work in tight spaces or uncomfortable positions

• Exposure to extreme heat, cold, lighting or noise

• Daily travel required, with potential for extended overnight trips
