About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its flatbed division, hauling oversized loads with consistent miles. No flatbed experience needed — training is provided during orientation.
Pay
- Starting pay: $0.61-$0.63 CPM based on experience
- Average annual earnings: $85K; top performers earn $95K
- Hiring bonus: $6,000
- Stop pay: $30/stop
- Securement pay: $25/stop
- Tarp pay: $50/stop
- Over-dimensional pay: $75-$200 based on miles, plus $400 for any load over 64K
- $100 for each loaded border crossing if you choose to run into Canada
- Paid weekly
Home time
Out 14-21 days, depending on location.
What you'll haul
Oversized flatbed freight, with steady, consistent miles.
Equipment
- Fleet trucks are 3 years old or newer, averaging 16 months old
- Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models include refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver-friendly extras
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license required. No prior flatbed experience necessary — additional training is given at orientation.
Orientation
All expenses covered, held at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA.
