CDL-A OTR Truck Driver, No Experience Required — Home Every Two Weeks

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for over-the-road dry van freight out of Conway, Arkansas. Both brand-new CDL school graduates and seasoned drivers are welcome to apply.

Pay

• Weekly earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,800

• Pay is calculated on a mileage basis, with drivers covering roughly 1,800–2,900 miles per week

• Extra stops add $15 each

• Short hauls bring a flat $75 on top of mileage pay

• Swift's Driver Performance Bonus offers additional earning potential

Home time

• You'll return home every two weeks

• Working weekends is optional

• Both day and overnight driving shifts are part of the schedule

• Dispatch works with you to coordinate time off

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers for a variety of customers on interstate lanes across multiple states

• Mix of preloaded trailers, live load/unload, and drop-and-hook freight

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• No prior driving experience needed for trainees; recent grads encouraged to apply

• Experienced drivers also welcome

• No extra endorsements needed

• Must satisfy DOT qualification and safety standards

• Clean enough driving record to qualify

• Able to handle long OTR stretches, including overnight runs
