Warehouse Delivery Driver — $19.00–$25.15/hr, Day Shift, M–F

Hörmann is looking for a Sales Center Delivery Driver in Phoenix, AZ to move garage door products to customers safely and without damage. You'll handle deliveries, pitch in on warehouse tasks, and keep up the company's name for quality service.

Pay

• $19.00 to $25.15 per hour

• Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday

What you'll do

• Drive a delivery truck, following traffic laws and speed limits

• Check the truck before each trip and flag any mechanical problems to your supervisor

• Load and unload freight by hand, regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 75 lbs., handling goods carefully to avoid damage

• Strap down and secure loads so nothing shifts in transit

• Keep the truck and equipment clean and in good shape

• Fill out delivery paperwork and keep your logbook (paper or digital) current and accurate

• Collect payments correctly per company procedure

• Take on other tasks as needed to support the team

Customer service

• Greet and assist customers during drop-offs and pickups

• Represent the company well through your conduct and appearance

• Build strong relationships with customers to keep them coming back

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Document any damage that happens during transport or unloading, with notes and photos when needed

• Report and escalate problems or complaints using company procedure

Requirements

• High school education preferred

• Detail-oriented, dependable and a strong team player

• Self-motivated, with a drive to grow and contribute to the company's success

• Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test (a negative result is required regardless of local marijuana laws)
