Local CDL-A Delivery Driver — $26/hr + Home Daily

Our company in Mesa, AZ is hiring a local CDL-A driver for daily delivery routes, with a guaranteed 40-hour week even when deliveries are light. You'll be home every night.

Pay

• $26 per hour

• Up to $3,500 in annual bonuses

• Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours weekly

Home time

• Home every night; deliveries are local only

What you'll haul

• General freight delivered to customers on local routes, including handling of hazardous materials with proper separation procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving history: no more than 2 combined violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years (per MVR and PSP check)

• Able to lift and move items up to 100 pounds

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Experience with Moffett, Skelly equipment or air brakes is a plus

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient routes for on-time deliveries

• Load and secure products, keeping hazardous materials properly separated

• Collect payments and keep accurate delivery records

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs

• Follow DOT and FMCSR safety rules

• Keep your truck clean and presentable
