Tow Truck Driver — $18.48–$25.00/hr

Our company in Longueuil, QC is looking for a Tow Truck Driver to help stranded motorists and recover vehicles from accident scenes. You'll operate specialized tow trucks, provide roadside support, and make sure vehicles get where they need to go safely.

What you'll do

• Operate tow trucks and recovery equipment to pick up, move, and drop off vehicles in all kinds of conditions

• Help stuck drivers with things like jump-starts, tire swaps, and small fixes when you're able

• Stay in contact with customers, dispatch, and emergency crews to coordinate each recovery

• Check your truck and gear regularly so everything stays safe and well-maintained

• Keep clear records of calls, vehicle movements, and daily activity

• Stick to traffic laws and safety rules on every job

• Use your mechanical know-how to work through minor vehicle or equipment problems

Requirements

• Experience driving commercial vehicles, tow trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred

• Solid mechanical skills and ability to handle basic auto troubleshooting or repairs

• Comfortable working with customers who may be stressed out during roadside emergencies

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean record; forklift certification is a bonus

• Know-how in auto repair basics and recovery safety practices

$18.48-$25.00 per hour
