Courier / Pick-Up & Delivery Driver — Flexible Shifts

Our company is looking for a courier to handle package pickups and deliveries on an assigned route out of Mirabel, QC. This is a flexible-shift role with a minimum of 4 shifts required per month.

What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off packages along your assigned route

• Inspect shipments to confirm they meet our company service requirements

• Load the vehicle and plan your route for efficient stops

• Keep track of packages, equipment and vehicles entrusted to you

• Use onboard tracking and dispatch systems, entering accurate data

• Answer customer questions about shipping services and requirements

• Spot opportunities for extra business and pass leads to the sales team

• Depending on location and workload, you may also help load or unload aircraft or containers, and sort or scan packages

Schedule

Shifts are flexible, with a minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (class 5, G, or 1/AZ) with a clean record — no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months

• High school diploma or equivalent

• About a year of customer-facing work experience is preferred

• Familiarity with our company operations and Canadian customs rules is a plus

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs with the right equipment

• Must pass the required pre-placement driving assessment

• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills

• Comfortable multitasking under pressure

• Quebec-based applicants must be bilingual in French and English
