Seasonal DZ/AZ Equipment Operator — $26.50–$28.50/hr Guaranteed Hours

Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is hiring a Seasonal Equipment Operator in Milton, ON to maintain roads and infrastructure using a DZ (or AZ) license. This role covers winter snow/ice control and summer road maintenance tasks, with guaranteed hourly pay.

Pay

• $26.50 to $28.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What you'll do

• Operate equipment to maintain roads, medians, signage, guardrails, fences, bridges and tunnels

• Clear snow and ice and apply salt/sand during winter months

• Repair pavement, signage, guardrails, lighting and striping during summer

• Set up and take down traffic control zones

• Move crews and equipment between job sites

• Join emergency response rotations as needed, including overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Valid Ontario DZ license with a clean driving record; an AZ license is a plus

• At least one year of experience in construction, road maintenance or equipment operation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds
