About this job
Our company in Yonkers, NY is looking for a driver to safely get clients to and from their stops on time. You'll handle pre-trip checks and confirm no child is left behind after each run, all while keeping the vehicle within DOT rules.
Pay
- Starting pay is $32.55 per hour
What you'll do
- Pick up and drop off clients at the right places and times
- Handle extra stops such as office pickups when needed
- Check traffic, construction and weather ahead of time and plan around delays
- Use GPS or map apps to pick the best route
- Treat every client professionally
- Keep the vehicle fueled and ready to go, and line up repairs when needed
- Track mileage and repair records
- Take on other tasks as assigned
