About this job
Our company in Thornwood, NY is looking for a van driver to get clients safely to and from their stops. You will handle pickups and drop-offs, keep your vehicle road-ready, and follow DOT rules on every run.
What you'll do
- Pick up and drop off clients on time
- Handle office pickups and other administrative stops
- Check traffic, construction and weather to plan ahead
- Use GPS apps to find the best route
- Treat clients professionally at all times
- Keep the vehicle fueled and in good working order, and arrange repairs when needed
- Do pre-trip checks and confirm no child is left behind after each route
- Keep mileage and repair logs current
- Take on other tasks as assigned
Pay
Starting pay is $26.81.
