Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — $1,400–$2,300/Week

Our company is hiring CDL A drivers based out of Little Rock, Arkansas to haul freight across the central and south regions. You'll run a mix of dry van, reefer, and flatbed trailers on a regional schedule.

Pay

• $1,400 - $2,300 per week, depending on miles run (paid per odometer miles)

• Bonus opportunities and incentives worth an additional $4,000-$10,000 per year

What you'll haul

• Dry vans, refrigerated trailers, and flatbed loads

• Freight delivered across the central and south regions, working out of Little Rock, Arkansas

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers, dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds safely

• Follow route schedules, safety regulations, and traffic laws

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections for DOT compliance

• Handle delivery paperwork and communicate with dispatch

• Care for specialized cargo like refrigerated goods and flatbed loads

• Keep a clean driving record and report vehicle issues

• Keep the truck clean inside and out

Requirements

• Valid CDL

• Experience driving tractor-trailers or freight delivery routes

• Comfortable operating flatbeds and reefers

• Experience with load and unload procedures

• Able to perform basic maintenance checks

• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance
