Regional CDL-A Driver — Home Weekly, $1,600–$1,800/wk Avg

Our company needs Class A CDL drivers for Northeast regional routes, from New England down to Virginia. Both seasoned drivers and recent CDL grads are welcome, with paid OTR training provided for anyone with less than 6 months of experience.

Pay

• Weekly average runs $1,600 to $1,800, typically around $1,700

• Mileage rate starts at $0.80 per mile, climbing to $0.85 per mile with experience

• $15 paid per stop

• $80 paid per unload

• Monthly bonuses tied to safety performance

• Trainees earn $850 per week during the 4 to 6 week OTR training period

You'll get home every week on a reliable schedule.

What you'll haul

This is 100% touch freight in dry vans, meaning you'll either fully hand unload or assist with unloading. Expect to average around 1,800 miles weekly. Shifts are assigned as day or night depending on route needs, and orientation takes place at your closest hub.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL

• Completion of an accredited truck driving program (minimum 120 hours)

• Clean driving history for the past 5 years: no major accidents, serious citations, or suspensions

• No DUI convictions within the last 5 years

• No prior terminations tied to safety violations

• Steady work history over the past 10 years, with no major gaps (at least 6 months worked in the last year, or 1 year within the last 3 years)

• Able to pass pre-employment drug testing (urine and hair follicle)
