Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver — Home Daily, $1,500 Weekly Guarantee

Our company, a family-run carrier serving the Northeast for more than three decades, is hiring CDL-A drivers for local intermodal runs out of Newark, NJ. You'll get your own assigned truck, no-touch freight, and you'll sleep in your own bed every night.

Pay

• Weekly minimum of $1,500, with most drivers bringing home between $85,000 and $95,000+ per year (guaranteed floor of $81,000 annually)

• Extra pay of at least $200 for each required weekend shift

• Safety bonus program

• $1,000 bonus for referring another driver

• $1,000 training bonus, split into $500 after 10 days on the job and $500 at the end of your probation period

Home time

• Home every day

• Monday to Friday schedule with morning starts

• One weekend shift required per month

What you'll haul

• Intermodal freight on local and regional routes within roughly 150 miles of Newark, NJ

• No-touch loads, no slip-seating, and a truck that's yours alone

Equipment

• 2022-2025 automatic day cabs

• Assigned parking spot

• Dispatch and paperwork handled through a company tablet

• Automatic fueling and truck washing on site

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL, including a New Jersey CDL

• Current DOT medical card

• At least 2 years of Class A driving experience

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years

• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 5 years
