About this job
Our company, a small family-owned carrier, is looking for an OTR dry van driver to run their 2020/21 Freightliner Cascadia sleepers paired with 53ft dry van trailers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and no forced dispatch.
Pay
- $330/day, which works out to about $2,000/week for up to 3,000 miles/week
Routes
- Runs through the Northeast, South, and Midwest
- No West coast states
Home time
- Flexible schedule with time off available

Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable CDL tractor-trailer experience
- No at-fault accidents, DUIs, DWIs, or reckless driving on your MVR
What you'll do
- Operate the tractor-trailer safely
- Secure your cargo properly
- Keep accurate trip logs
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip
- Let dispatch know about any issues on the road
