About this job
This regional CDL-A role keeps you close to home, with time off primarily on weekend days. You'll run short-haul routes hauling no-touch freight in newer, well-equipped automatic trucks.
Pay
- Weekly earnings typically land between $1,700 and $1,800
- Base mileage rate runs $0.80 to $0.85 per mile
- Additional flat-rate pay, stop pay and detention pay on top of mileage
- Drivers who move into a trainer role can add more than $20,000 a year
Home time
- Primarily home on weekend days
