Regional CDL-A Driver — $1,500–$1,700/wk, No Experience Needed

Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers to run regional routes out of Gilbert, AZ. No prior trucking experience is needed since full training is provided, and you'll haul no-touch dry van freight on the same dedicated lanes and customers each week.

Pay

• Earn $0.68-$0.70 per mile depending on experience, which typically works out to about $1,500-$1,700 a week or $78,000-$88,400 a year

• Get a sign-on bonus between $2,000 and $4,000

Home time

• Runs on a 34-hour reset schedule for dependable time off

• Work 5 or 6 days a week with both day and night shifts available

• Expect to cover roughly 2,000-2,500 miles weekly

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers on dedicated, no-touch routes - you just drive, no loading or unloading

• Equipment is a well-maintained fleet of automatic trucks from 2022 or newer

Requirements

• Current CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history with no SAP program or DUI

• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test

• Live within 50 miles of Gilbert, AZ

What you'll do

• Drive the truck safely on your assigned regional routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep your ELD logs accurate

• Stay compliant with DOT rules and company safety standards

• Keep dispatch updated on your progress
