Package Delivery Driver — $20/hr, No CDL Required

A-Line Logistics needs delivery drivers to run package routes around Santa Fe and Ojo Encino, covering rural, city, business and residential stops. No CDL is needed, and you'll drive a company-provided box truck, step van or cargo van.

Pay

• $20 per hour to start

• $19 per hour during your one week of paid training

• Paid out weekly

Schedule

• Shifts run Monday through Friday, Monday through Saturday, or Monday, Thursday and Friday depending on the route

• Routes begin at 8 AM and usually wrap up in 7 to 9 hours, once all stops are finished

• Mileage depends on the specific route and area

What you'll haul

• Home and business package deliveries throughout Santa Fe and Ojo Encino

• You'll load and unload the vehicle, plan efficient stops, and keep dispatch posted on any delays

• Expect regular bending, lifting and moving packages that can weigh up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• No CDL needed, but you must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Solid grasp of traffic laws and safety practices

• Good organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently on multiple tasks

• Clear communication and a customer-focused attitude

• Able to lift up to 150 lbs and move in and out of the vehicle repeatedly, with reasonable accommodation if needed

• No delivery experience necessary — training is provided
