CDL-A Dump/Hopper Driver — Home Daily, Up to $504/Day

Fleet Builders is hiring Company Drivers for dedicated bulk-commodity runs between New Mexico and West Texas, with a path toward ownership down the road. You'll be home every night and drive company-owned equipment at no cost to you.

Pay

• Paid per completed load at $168 each

• Running 2 loads a day comes to $336/day, or $2,016 on a 6-day week and $1,680 on a 5-day week

• Running 3 loads a day comes to $504/day, or $3,024 on a 6-day week and $2,520 on a 5-day week

• Company materials cite earnings up to $12,000 a month based on this per-load structure

• Home every night

• Typical schedule runs 5 to 6 days a week

What you'll haul

• Belly dump and hopper trailers carrying bulk commodities

• Fixed 77-mile one-way route (154 miles round trip), allowing 2 to 3 runs per day

• Late-model company tractors and trailers, with fuel and maintenance fully covered by the company

Career path

Fleet Builders says it differs from other carriers by helping drivers eventually transition from company driver to independent owner-operator, connecting them with lending partners familiar with the trucking industry to finance their own equipment, rather than offering a lease-purchase program.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience

• No DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years

• No serious moving violations in the last 2 years

• Prior dump or hopper experience is a plus, but the company will train qualified CDL-A drivers
