CDL-A Reefer Driver — Home Weekly, $0.51/mi

This role puts you behind the wheel of a Tri-Temp reefer trailer, running retail store deliveries across New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, with a 34-hour restart getting you home every week.

Pay

• Starts at $0.51 per mile, with pay bumps as your tenure grows

• Short-haul runs under 100 miles pay a flat $30

• Stop pay: $10 for your first stop, $15 for each one after that

• A performance bonus is also on the table

• Typical weekly earnings land between $1,200 and $1,300

Home time

• You're back home every week thanks to the 34-hour restart

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight bound for retail stores

• Routes cover New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas

• Shifts rotate between days and nights, including weekends and holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas

• Training on the Tri-Temp reefer equipment is provided

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Open to recent CDL school graduates as well as experienced drivers

• Reefer hauling experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Must clear a DOT drug test and road test
