Our company (FCAD) is a Canadian delivery company looking for owner-operators to handle last-mile delivery of major home appliances to customers' homes in the Laval, QC area.
Pay
- Pay is per stop, with a weekly bonus tied to your Quality of Service (QOS) score
- Partial phone allowance included
- Annual earnings range from $50,000.00 to $145,000.00, depending on volume and performance
Schedule
- 5-6 days of guaranteed work each week
- You return home every night
- Routes include both local runs and out-of-town trips
- Be ready to work irregular or longer hours when the job calls for it
What you'll haul
You'll deliver major home appliances directly to customers, handling both local and out-of-town routes.
Requirements
- A valid Class 1 or Class 3 licence
- Your own 3-ton (20') straight truck
- Your own driver-and-helper team
- Your own tools, workplace insurance and proper vehicle coverage
- Comfortable multitasking under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Able to complete trip inspections and keep required paperwork in order
- Skilled at loading and unloading appliances carefully to avoid damage
- Commitment to following all health and safety rules and government regulations
- Strong, professional customer service skills
- Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
