Which position you're offered depends on your ZIP code, your experience, and the home time you want.
Positions and pay
- Trainee: approximately $700 weekly. For drivers with under three months of Class A experience, including those with none at all. You just need a physical Class A CDL or be about to get one. Paid training is offered, and this track is built for recent CDL school graduates.
- Local: approximately $1,400 weekly. Requires at least three months of Class A experience. You're home every day on steady local routes, some tied to dedicated accounts. What's open depends on your ZIP code.
- Regional: approximately $1,800 weekly. Requires at least four months of Class A experience. Home time is every few days or weekly depending on the account, with steady regional routes and some dedicated freight. Exact home time varies by your location and account.
- OTR Dedicated: approximately $2,300 weekly. Requires at least six months of Class A experience. You'll run dedicated freight on consistent routes with strong earning potential, though home time is less frequent. Hiring area is nationwide.
- OTR USPS: approximately $2,300 weekly. Requires at least two years of Class A experience. You'll haul USPS contract freight on steady, year-round routes, with hiring open to drivers from nearly any state or major city.

Lanes run mainly east of I-35, covering the Midwest, South, and Southeast. No West Coast runs, and no New York City.
