About this job
Kick off your trucking career with this regional Class A CDL role based out of La Presa, TX. No prior driving experience is needed, and recent CDL school graduates are welcome. You'll run consistent regional freight with support and training along the way.
Pay
- $1,500 to $1,800 per week
- Works out to roughly $78,000 to $93,600 a year
Home time
- Two weeks on the road, then two days at home
What you'll do
- Drive a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
- Handle pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep your logs and delivery paperwork accurate
- Follow DOT rules and company safety standards
- Stay in touch with dispatch and customers
Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- No experience necessary
- Clean driving record and professional demeanor
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
- Comfortable being out for two-week stretches
