Clayton Connect needs a CDL-A driver to haul Clayton manufactured homes on regional routes, with pay starting at $30 an hour once paid training wraps up.
Pay
- Hourly rate starts at $30 after training
- Training pays $5,000-$7,500 over 4-6 weeks
- Strongest performers can bring home up to $85,000 a year
Home time
- Regional lanes bring you home on a regular schedule
- Expect roughly 2-3 nights away in hotels most weeks, fully covered by the company
What you'll haul
- Tractor-trailer deliveries of Clayton manufactured homes to customers
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least one year of recent driving experience
- Clean background check and passing drug screen
What you'll do
- Deliver homes safely and on schedule
- Keep your truck clean and well maintained
- Log delivery paperwork accurately
- Treat customers well at every stop
