CDL-A OTR Driver — 80% Hook & Drop Dedicated Dry Van Freight

Our company is looking for solo or team CDL-A drivers to run dedicated, year-round lanes hauling 53 ft dry van freight on a hook-and-drop basis between California, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Nevada, Kansas and Florida.

Pay

• Earn $0.55 to $0.75 per mile, based on experience

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• Referral bonus of $250.00 for bringing in other drivers

Home time

• Flexible home time, to be worked out when you interview

What you'll haul

• 53 ft dry van trailers, mostly lightweight loads

• About half of each route is hook-and-drop, cutting down on wait time

• Set round-trip lanes such as CA-TX, TX-OH, TX-IL, CA-NV, CA-KS and CA-FL

• You'll drive newer Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks (2022-2026 models)

What you'll do

• Operate in line with DOT and FMCSA rules

• Handle loading, unloading and securing cargo

• Map out routes to hit delivery windows

• Check fluids, tires and do basic upkeep on your truck

• Stay in touch with dispatch, customers and any co-driver

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle

• Current CDL-A with endorsements matching the equipment you'll run
