About this job
Our company is hiring over-the-road CDL-A drivers in Missouri to run steady freight in late-model company trucks. Pay is per mile or a share of gross, paid out weekly.
Pay
- $0.75 to $0.85 per mile, or 30% to 34% of gross.
- Weekly pay of $2,500 to $3,000 on 3000 to 3500 miles a week.
- This is a 1099 position with direct deposit every week and no escrow.
- Cash advance available once your first load is delivered.
Extras
- Clean inspection bonus.
- $25 per hour detention pay and $150 layover pay.
- $500 for referring another driver.
Freight and equipment
- You will haul dry van, reefer and flatbed freight.
- Trucks are 2024 to 2027 Volvo, Freightliner and Peterbilt models, governed at 71 MPH.
- Each truck has an APU, power inverter and fridge.
- Freight is steady with consistent miles, there is no forced dispatch, and pets are allowed.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A.
- At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience.
- No drug or alcohol violations and no major violations.
