CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — 30% of Gross, No-Touch Freight

Our company needs experienced CDL-A drivers for full-time over-the-road dry van work. You would work as a 1099 independent contractor, paid a share of each load's revenue, hauling no-touch freight with newer trucks and a dedicated dispatch team.

Pay

• You earn 30% of the gross revenue on every load.

• Trucks average about $8,000–$10,000 in gross revenue per week, which works out to roughly $2,400–$3,000 a week for you before taxes and expenses.

• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on freight availability and completed loads.

• Passed DOT roadside inspections earn extra: $500 for Level I, $200 for Level II and $150 for Level III.

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch dry van freight on OTR routes across the United States.

• Trucks are model years 2024 to 2027.

Home time

• Expect 3–4 weeks on the road, then guaranteed time at home arranged with dispatch.

Orientation

• New drivers go to Chicago, Illinois for a one-day orientation, drug test and truck assignment.

• You book your own travel (air, bus, train or rental car up to $200); our company reimburses it on your first paycheck, and pays for Uber rides in Chicago and for the drug test.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 2 years of OTR experience.

• Clean MVR, with no more than 1 major and 3 moving violations in the past 10 years.

• Willing to stay out 3–4 weeks at a time.
