OTR CDL-A Team Driver — $36/hr

This is a dedicated team OTR driving position hauling freight on a fixed TX-FL-OH loop for Avanti, a division of our company based in Wylie, TX. Pay starts at $36 an hour, with consistent team miles supporting steady weekly earnings.

What you'll haul

• Dedicated team route cycling between Texas, Florida and Ohio

• Pickups from customers and Avanti locations

• Steady, predictable lanes rather than random dispatch

What you'll do

• Deliver loads safely and on schedule

• Complete standard pre- and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer

• Log hours of service electronically

• Expect to be on the road 50-75% of the time, working 10+ hour shifts

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a clean enough driving record to pass MVR review

• Must meet FMCSA physical qualification rules under 391.11

• Experience or comfort with long-haul team driving

• Able to lift 50+ lbs routinely, occasionally up to 75+ lbs, and team-lift items up to 175 lbs (windows and patio doors)

• Able to push or pull carts over 500 lbs using proper protective equipment
