OTR CDL-A Tanker Driver — Up to $1,890/Week, Home 3-4 Days

Our company needs experienced CDL-A drivers for steady Southwest hazmat tanker freight, hauling chemical and water loads in 53' trailers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role based out of the Phoenix area.

Pay

• $0.63 per mile (CPM)

• Weekly pay typically runs $1,600 to $1,900, with potential to reach $1,890 a week, or about $98,280 a year at 3,000 miles weekly

• More miles driven means more pay

• Settlements paid weekly

• As a 1099 contractor, you can claim business tax deductions not available to W-2 employees, which often means keeping more of what you earn

Home time

• Expect to run 2-3 weeks before getting 3-4 days home

• No runs into NYC or South Florida

• Company truck furnished

Requirements

• At least 3 years of CDL-A driving experience

• At least 1 year of verifiable tanker experience

• Must be 25 or older

• Must reside in the Phoenix metro area

• Must clear a DOT drug screen

• No significant recent gaps in work history

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred; the company will reimburse qualified drivers who want to earn them
