OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Starting $0.63–$0.65 CPM, No-Touch Freight

Our company is looking for OTR company drivers to haul 100% no-touch reefer freight out of Terrell, TX. The fleet runs modern trucks and you get to pick between two home-time schedules. Freight never needs to be loaded or unloaded by hand.

Pay and home time

• Home More Program: starting pay of $0.63 CPM, with 2 weeks on the road followed by 2 days home

• True OTR Program: starting pay of $0.65 CPM, with 3 weeks on the road followed by 3 days home

• Drivers typically run 2,800 miles per week on average

• Don't need your time off? Sell it back at $100/day, for up to 7 days in a row

What you'll haul

Loads are temperature-controlled, no-touch reefer freight the whole way through.

You'll drive a Freightliner Cascadia under 3 years old, powered by a Detroit DD15 engine. Trucks come loaded with Qualcomm, electronic logs, Thermoking Tri-Pac APUs, a 1,800-watt inverter, an onboard fridge, and SmartDrive monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 22

• Class A CDL required

• A minimum of 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years

• Driving history that holds up to company safety standards
