OTR CDL-A Driver — Per Diem & Company Lodging

Our company, a major North American supplier of waffle equipment and mix, is looking for a Class A driver to run long-haul routes hauling its products between manufacturing and distribution points. Expect to be out 10 to 14 nights in a row before getting scheduled time at home, with hands-on freight handling at each stop.

What you'll haul

• Deliver products from the manufacturing facility to warehouses and other destinations

• Help load and unload freight carefully at several stops along the route

• Secure loads properly and follow DOT and company safety rules

Home time

• Out on the road for a minimum of 10 and up to 14 straight nights, then time off

• Some overnight shifts may run up to six nights in a row

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history

• At least 2 years behind the wheel as a CDL driver, ideally in logistics or distribution

• Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds and handle freight manually

• Comfortable with long-distance, independent driving and varying weather while loading

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Trained and able to operate a forklift
