OTR CDL-A Driver — New CDL-A Holders Welcome, Paid Training

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers near Dothan, AL for OTR runs with assigned trucks, no-touch dry van freight and a steady home-time pattern. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers can apply.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, and you never touch it

• Your own assigned truck, a 2024 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission

• No slip seating, the truck is yours alone

• You can bring the truck home on your days off

Home time

• 14 days on the road followed by 2 full days at home

Pay

• Average weekly gross of $1,400 to $1,600 once training is done

• Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross

• Pay is based on cents per mile, miles run, and performance

• You're paid every week by direct deposit

Training and orientation

• Orientation pays $300, and your transportation to get there is covered

• If you're new to CDL-A, you get guaranteed weekly pay through a 3 to 5 week mentorship (roughly 200 to 250 hands-on hours)

• Experienced drivers who meet requirements go straight into solo driving

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card

• Clean driving record and solid work history

• Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Must meet all other DOT and company rules

Experience needed

• Experienced applicants need a minimum of 6 months of verifiable solo driving (time spent training or mentoring doesn't count)

• New CDL-A holders need 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school and must finish the company's training program
