CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — $0.80 CPM, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run reefer freight, with over 10 years in business and a strong safety record. Drivers are paid $0.80 CPM on all miles and can expect to earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week, backed by a $2,000 guaranteed weekly minimum even during slow weeks, breakdowns or delays.

Pay

• $0.80 CPM on all miles

• $2,000 guaranteed minimum per week

• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments

Home time

• Home roughly every 3 weeks

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight

Equipment

• Modern, well-maintained trucks equipped with APU, refrigerator and microwave

• PrePass, CAT Scale and I-PASS provided

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• Willing to stay out on the road for a minimum of 3 weeks at a stretch
