OTR CDL-A Company Driver — Up to $0.75/mile

Our company is looking for an over-the-road CDL-A driver to haul freight across the U.S., with experience in reefer, flatbed, and tanker trailers a plus.

Pay

• Earn up to $0.75 per mile, or choose a percentage plan of 30%-32% of gross revenue

• Your exact rate depends on your violation and inspection history, set during the interview

• Starting pay may be on the lower end and gets reviewed after 60 days based on performance

• All miles paid address to address

• Safety bonuses for clean DOT inspections: $450 for Level 1, $250 for Level 2, $75 for Level 3

• Extra pay available: $50 per extra stop, $100 for solo layovers, and $20-$100 for detention

What you'll haul

You'll run company-assigned equipment delivering freight nationwide, with exposure to refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• Prior truck driving experience

• Willingness to drive nights when needed

• Strong time management to hit delivery windows

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep accurate logs in line with FMCSA rules

• Stay in contact with dispatch about delays or issues

• Keep the truck clean, fueled, and mechanically sound

• Report any equipment problems right away
