OTR CDL-A Company Driver — 60% of Net Revenue

This OTR reefer driving role is based out of Texas with a small eight-truck fleet. You'll run as a 1099 contractor earning a cut of net revenue, with extra weekly bonuses tied to how much your truck brings in.

Pay

• Paid 60% of net revenue

• Weekly bonuses on top, scaling with truck revenue: for example, an extra $100 at $5,000 in truck revenue, up to an extra $400 at $8,000

• Additional bonuses for clean DOT inspections, safety, and driver longevity

• Listed annual estimate: $75,000-$80,000 a year

Home time

• One day off per week while out

• Minimum of five weeks out before your time off

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight (reefer)

• 2023-2025 Freightliners equipped with APU and fridge, governed at 75 MPH, running Motive ELD

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class A CDL experience

• No DWI/DUI in the last 4 years

• No reckless driving, hit and run, or failure to report an accident in the last 4 years

• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months

• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years

• Must hold a license in your state of residence

• Drivers over 65 need a long-form physical certification

• No SAP drivers; dispatch communicates in English only

• Must live within 250 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area
