OTR Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) — 20–23% of Gross Revenue

Our company, an Arizona-based trucking and logistics company, is looking for an experienced box truck driver to run dedicated long-haul lanes across the US. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 3-4 week OTR rotations and a company-owned truck provided.

Pay

• You earn 20% of gross unit revenue, which can rise to as much as 23% by the end of Year 1 depending on performance

• Paid weekly

• Estimated weekly pay ranges from $1,000.00 to $1,600.00

• Classified as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee

Schedule

• Over-the-road work in 3-4 week stretches away from home

Equipment

• Drive a company-owned box truck

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience driving a box truck

• Clean MVR and clean background check

• At least 21 years old

• Able to commit to 3-4 week OTR rotations

• Comfortable with freight loading and unloading procedures, including use of pallet jacks

• Able to communicate clearly and reliably with dispatch

• Familiar with DOT/FMCSA rules and hours-of-service requirements

• Valid non-CDL driver's license

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
