About this job
Our company is looking for a Non-CDL local delivery driver in Edgewood, NY, running home daily with a steady Monday-Friday schedule. You'll drive a 26' box truck delivering windows and doors within a 250-mile radius of Edgewood, including the five boroughs.
Pay
- $26.50 per hour, paid weekly
- Typically 40-50 hours per week
- Retention bonuses: $500 at 30 days, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year, and $500 at 18 months
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, no weekends
- Dispatch starts at 5:00 AM
- Home daily
What you'll haul
- Touch freight: windows and doors
- Equipment includes a dolly and door cart
- Trucks are 36 months or newer with 24/7 roadside support
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years (or equivalent longer experience windows)
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Pass a drug test, background check, MVR check, DOT physical, and road test
