About this job
Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Tempe, AZ, is looking for a full-time package delivery driver to serve homes and businesses near Phoenix. You'll work independently on a set route and be home every day. No CDL is required, and training is paid.
Pay
- Paid weekly
- Starts at $170/day
- After training, earn $200 to $220 per day depending on performance
- Sign-on bonus

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
- Shifts begin at 7:30 AM and run until the route is finished
What you'll do
- Handle roughly 90 to 100 stops per day
- Load, scan and deliver packages, then drive them to each address
- Check the vehicle before and after each shift
- Navigate routes using GPS
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous FedEx experience required
- Must pass a background check, drug screen and DOT physical, paid for by the company
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs and carry packages to the customer's door
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather
- No CDL needed
